Each patient underwent Anuvasana Basti using Siddharthakadi Taila and Niruha Basti with Siddharthakadi Kwatha, administered over a total treatment period of 8 days (max.). Outcomes were assessed via follow-up ultrasounds, haematological tests, and clinical evaluations. All cases achieved successful resolution without surgical intervention, with improved symptoms and stable haematological parameters. One conservatively treated patient had RPOC resolved, while another had a benign ovarian cyst monitored. Findings suggest Ayurvedic therapies have potential non-invasive alternative to conventional procedures.
