Leveraging a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates qualitative feedback and quantitative data from 120 corporate professionals across IT, manufacturing, and services sectors. The study investigates yoga’s impact on cultural dimensions including employee well-being, communication, stress levels, and leadership dynamics. Findings suggest a statistically significant correlation between regular yoga engagement and enhanced organizational values, team cohesion, and workplace morale. The research advances the discourse on workplace wellness by proposing a framework linking yogic practices with Schein’s model of organizational culture.
